November 2 marks UAE Flag Day, which is all about honouring the country’s past, present and future – as well as, of course, its flag.

Here are some of our favourite photos and videos of the occasion so far.

1. This year, the flags at Kite Beach have been placed to create the face of Sheikh Zayed – and it looks amazing.
