Dubai Fitness Challenge is currently on, and if you need help sticking to your 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days goal, there are plenty of free activities to try. At the DP World Kite Beach Fitness Village, there are 24 sport and fitness zones for children, teenagers and adults spanning yoga, football, padel and more. The fitness village is open from 8am to 1pm for schools, and 3pm to 10pm for the public. Over the weekend, it’s open from 7am to 10pm to all.

Common Grounds, the latest EatX cafe is now open on popular Nessnass Beach. The menu boats healthy and hearty foods from the famous avocado toast to açaí bowls, French toast, classic wraps and bowls and much more. You will even find some exclusive blends on the menu at Kite Beach including iced blue and green matcha, a refreshing detox drink, etc. In case you’re curious, the ‘Grammable design has been created by a Dubai-street artist called fink.

Pan African Cuisine restaurant Kiza has launched a monthly supper club and it is set to take place on October 31 this month. Every month presents a new menu perfectly paired with sips. On the night you can expect popcorn baby squid, Harissa charred salmon, West African peppered meat and more. It will cost you Dhs495 per person for a three course menu.
