Enjoy authentic Italian cooking by one of the world’s best chefs…

Often regarded as one of the best chef’s in the world, Italian restauranteur Massimo Bottura will be returning to the UAE next week. Hosting three nights at his Dubai restaurant Torno Subito, guests can enjoy an exclusive dinner menu created by the man himself.

On Tuesday December 7, Wednesday December 8 and Thursday December 9, book a table at Torno Subito, W Dubai – The Palm between 7.30pm and 11.30pm. You’ll have the opportunity to sample a special set menu of no less than eight courses.

Taste plates such as warm Piadina bread with smoked eel, squacquerone cheese and pickled red cabbage and coriander. Other dishes include seared scallops with black olives, capers, and a basil and roasted tomato broth.

Next up is slow-cooked artichoke, and codfish with fragrant seafood sauces, followed by creamy risotto cooked in a black fish soup, garlic, parsley, and tomatoes and tender-roasted lamb loin, served with pumpkin, potato and hazelnut puree, mushroom juice, and crispy lentils.

Finally will be ‘3 Cioccolati in Autunno’, a dish made up of dark, milk, and salted caramel chocolate with autumn essence and ‘Piccola Pasticceria’, mandarin and olive oil sandwich with Sorrento lemon cannoli. 

The eight-course set menu is priced at Dhs680 per person excluding beverages, and will only be available for three nights. Seats are limited, and advance bookings are required, so be sure to get in touch with the team to book your place.
