New community will be connected to the Souk Madinat via an air-conditioned pedestrian bridge.

A new luxury residential development that will be connected to Madinat Jumeirah has been unveiled.

Madinat Jumeirah Living will be located where Jumeirah Beach Road and Umm Suqeim Road meet, opposite Madinat Jumeirah Resort. The community will be linked to the Souk Madinat via an air-conditioned pedestrian bridge.

The 60-building development will be made up of gated residential clusters, a community centre, and retail areas, as well as residential amenities like daycare centres, basement and visitor parking, gyms and swimming pools.

Residents will also be able to enjoy shaded pedestrian walkways and jogging paths. There will be community roof terraces with gardens, leisure decks and BBQ areas with views of Burj Al Arab.

Dubai Holding said the design of Madinat Jumeirah Living would mirror the look and feel of Madinat Jumeirah Resort, reflecting Dubai’s early cultural heritage.

So… when can we move in? The project is set to break ground in 2019, and will be developed in phases over 30 months.
