NRG frequenters will be thrilled to try out the fitness studio’s four new workouts that have launched this April: NRG BoxFit, NRG Activ8, NRG Power, and NRG Gravit8. NRG BoxFit is a boxing-based strength and conditioning training, NRG Activ8, is a diverse 60-minute workout that is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, NRG Power is a high intensity workout designed to build muscle strength, while NRG Gravit8 takes fitness to new heights, using suspension combined with kettlebell workouts to improve muscle strength and movement.

Need to get through a power business lunch in under an hour, the Japazónico business lunch at tropically-adorned DIFC hotspot Amazónico is designed to be served in under 45-minutes. A three-course set menu available from 12pm to 5pm through the week, Japazónico showcases Amazónico’s signature exotic take on sushi, bringing new and refreshing flavours to lunchtime. Celebrate Tomato Day
Is Tomato Day a big deal on your calendar? If so, then you need to make your way to swanky steakhouse Carna housed on the 74th floor of SLS Dubai. Check out a chic new beach club
Looking for a new spot to soak up the beautiful weather we’re having in Dubai right now? Check out Venus, the new beach club now open in Caesars Palace Dubai. The chic spot looks like an ideal location to top up your tan, chill in the pool, or tuck into some tasty Mediterranean dishes. By the pool, guests can enjoy a refined menu of Italian bites, while inside dishes include burrata with sweet and sour baby tomatoes, wood-fired pizzas, grilled meats and fresh fish including a pan-seared sea bream plated with fennel, orange, pine seeds and herbs.
