This fancy burger joint is giving away 500 free burgers today

It’s officially the start of the week but if you’re not quite ready to give up your weekend indulgences, what if we told you that you could get your hands on a free burger today, courtesy of Chef Izu? The celebrity chef’s fancy burger joint, Izu Burger, is giving away 500 free chicken burgers today only.

Izu Burger is sharing the love in aid of Valentine’s Day, whether you’re in a relationship or single. The first 500 customers to order through Deliveroo, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, from 12pm today will get their free chicken burger when they spend Dhs25 on Izu Burger.

This is no ordinary chicken burger: The crispy chicken Karaage is drizzled with a decadent honey truffle, melted creamy Fontina cheese, crunchy and tangy pickled cucumbers, a generous smothering of Young & Punchy Tartare Sauce and a spicy kick of sliced jalapeños.

Of course, no burger would be complete without a generous side of fries and the Izu Fries are the perfect compliment. Priced at Dhs25, they come topped with a spicy sauce, shavings of fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano and mixed spices to light up your palette.

If you’re all about the dip, you could get a two pack of sauces for Dhs10 (although remember you need to spend Dhs25 to get your free burger) which includes barbecue and tartare. Round things off on a sweet note by ordering the passion fruit cheesecake for Dhs40.

If you’re ordering with a friend, other burgers on the menu include the Canadian beef potato bun burger topped with Emmental Swiss cheese, barbecue and tartare sauce (Dhs45), or the Wagyu beef milk baguette burger (Dhs65) which is made with Australian Wagyu beef.
