Roads around Dubai will be closed on Friday for the annual Cycle Challenge.

More than 2000 cyclists will take to the streets of Dubai on Friday morning for the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge.

Now in its ninth edition, this year organisers have reversed the route, which means timings will be different from previous years. The Roads and Transport Authority and Dubai Police will be implementing rolling road closures along the route, which starts and finishes at the Dubai Autodrome in Motor City.

Road closures will be in effect from 5.30am until around 10am. Here is the full schedule:
