Flydubai has introduced a new fare structure
There are three new fare types for economy class passengers.
Low-cost carrier flydubai has launched new fare bundles which the airline says will offer passengers “more choice” when travelling in economy.
The three new fare types are called Lite, Value and Flex, and apply to all bookings made from December 2.
Passengers who choose the Value and Flex fares will have checked baggage and a meal included. Meal options include sandwiches, hot wraps, hot meals and bento boxes.

Flydubai has launched its own home check-in service
Those flying Lite, the hand baggage-only fare, will have the option to buy from the onboard catering cart.
“We recognise the challenges and the opportunities that come from operating in such a diverse network,” said Jeyhun Efendi, flydubai senior vice president commercial operations and e-commerce.
“Passengers travelling on flydubai to Muscat, Moscow or Helsinki have different travel needs and preferences and the new fare types will help enhance their flydubai experience by simplifying the booking journey and offering the option to choose between unbundled or bundled packages.”
Earlier this month, flydubai announced that flights to 11 of its destinations had moved from its current operating base at Terminal 2 and relocated to Terminal 3, where Emirates is based.
Flydubai and Emirates have a partnership agreement, with over 40 codeshare routes and a shared loyalty programme (Emirates Skywards).
