Spice Girls superfans, clear your schedules for next Friday. In honour of the girl group’s historic reunion, The House Party Bar is throwing a Spice Girls-themed party next Friday, November 16.

In case you missed the huge news, the iconic 90s band (minus Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice) has announced a stadium tour for 2019, their first in over 10 years. And while they’ve only announced UK dates so far, who knows – perhaps they could end up performing at the soon-to-open Dubai Arena?

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. To celebrate, throwback venue The House Party Bar will be hosting a special Spice Up Your Life edition of its regular after-brunch party from 4pm to 8pm. Expect themed cocktails, performers doing their best impressions of Ginger, Sporty, Scary and Baby, and a DJ playing every single hit from the critically acclaimed Spice Girls Greatest Hits album.

There will also be prizes for anyone wearing a Spice Girl costume (go on, this is the moment you’ve been waiting for to dig out that sequinned Union Jack minidress).

And, just like the regular after-brunch party, you’ll still be able to make the most of the Dhs200 unlimited drink offer.
