Atlantis’ month-long food festival is back

Culinary Month is running at Atlantis, The Palm until October 28, and the food festival will see discounted dinner deals, celebrity chef visits as well as dinner experiences with leading local chefs.

Nobu seemed like the perfect place to brush up on some culinary skills of our own.

We thought sushi would be pretty easy, but these little nuggets of tastiness are a lot harder to put together than you may think.

We managed just three in the space of 30 minutes – but the restaurant creates a whopping 1000 pieces of sushi a night.

We’re not sure we’ll be leading a night’s service in the kitchen anytime soon, but we certainly appreciate the hard work that goes into creating the Nobu menu.

And we recommend you take full advantage of the deals available at Atlantis, The Palm this month. We promise it won’t be us in the kitchen.
