Here's what Rihanna got up to in Dubai this weekend

The popstar was in Dubai to host a makeup masterclass…

If you went down to The Dubai Mall on Saturday evening, you would have been in for a big surprise. Lucky fans were able to catch a glimpse of Rihanna, who made an unexpected visit to Sephora to promote her Fenty Beauty brand.

The star was in Dubai to host her first ever beauty talk, joined by makeup artists Priscilla Ono and Hector Espinal. Tickets for the exclusive event, which took place in the Armani Hotel in the Burj Khalifa, started at Dhs1000 and went all the way up to Dhs7500 for a seat in the front row (but all proceeds from the event went to local charity Dubai Cares, so we’re pleased about that).

Rihanna looked just as flawless as you would expect, wearing a gold trenchcoat-inspired dress.

She shared all of her tips and tricks with the packed-out audience. One fan asked, “what is the secret of your skin?”

Rihanna responded: “Work hard, don’t sleep, and wear Fenty Beauty, girl.”

Hijabi supermodel Halima Aden even made a surprise appearance, showing off a brand new lipstick colour:

After her talk, Rihanna announced on her Instagram Stories that she would be heading over to Sephora in The Dubai Mall…
