Making his Dubai debut hot on the heels of a sold-out European tour…

Fans of chilled-out acoustic crooning are in for a treat as UK singer-songwriter Tom McRae is set to make his Dubai debut next month.

The Mercury Prize nominated musician will be performing a special one-off in-store concert at Dubai Audio on Sheikh Zayed Rd on Thursday 16 November.

The event is free to attend but spaces are extremely limited so tickets will be handed out on a first-come-first-served basis by registering via the event website.

The Dubai Audio showroom only holds a maximum of around 100 people, so you can expect this to be a very intimate concert – perfect for Tom’s signature brand of introspective acoustic music.

His latest album ‘Ah, the World! Oh, the World!’ was released earlier this year and he’ll be hitting Dubai hot on the heels of a sold out two month tour of the UK and Europe.

Fans of Buffy The Vampire Slayer will recognise this piano-led number from the episode entitled “Entropy” from the show’s sixth season.

This upbeat number is the lead single off Tom’s new record ‘Ah, The World! Oh, The World!’, which takes its name after a quote from Moby Dick.

‘The Boy with the Bubblegun’ featured on Tom McRae’s self-titled album that was nominated for the 2001 Mercury Prize.
