Reuters is reporting that Air Arabia have also cancelled all Doha-related flights in and out of Sharjah effective Tuesday until further notice.

Passengers who are affected will be given the option of a full refund or have their booking changed to another destination.
How are Qatar Airways flights affected?
After telling customers it was business as usual earlier today, Qatar Airways has now announced it will cease all flights to and from the UAE as of 4am UAE time on Tuesday June 6.
“All customers booked on affected flights will be provided with alternative options, including the option of a full refund on any unused tickets and free rebooking to the nearest alternative Qatar Airways network destination,” the airline has said. Qatar Airways call centres told customers earlier today that they will aim to offer a transfer of tickets to partner airlines when possible.

Abu Dhabi-based private airline Royal Jet announced on Tuesday that they would also be suspending all flights to and from Doha with immediate effect and until further notice after a number of Arab states, including the UAE, severed diplomatic ties with Qatar and closed land, air and sea routes.
It looks like things have already taken a chaotic turn at Qatar’s Hamad International Airport, with noted Emirati commentator Sultan Al Qassemi tweeting a link to a picture showing many flights delayed and diverted.
