The highest-paid woman on YouTube will visit Dubai to promote her first book.

Who is Lilly Singh? Well, the easier question to answer might be who isn’t Lilly Singh. She’s a 28-year-old Canadian-Indian YouTube personality, entrepreneur, actress, filmmaker, comedian and now author, and she’s just added Dubai to her international book tour.

The entertainer, known on YouTube as IISuperwomanII, is launching her first book, How to be a Bawse – a guide to conquering life (and clearly if anyone knows how to do that, it’s Singh).

She will be in town to recount some personal tales from the title at Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa, Jumeirah Beach Residence, on May 10.

“I am so thrilled to write my first book and share, all in one place, what I’ve learned about achieving success and happiness,” Singh said in a statement.

“This journey has taught me to always pick yourself up, not allow anything to stand in your way and that the only secret to achieving your dreams is hard work.”

It’s an attitude that has certainly gotten her far. The role model has amassed 10 million subscribers thanks to her humorous videos, which centre around girl power and positivity. She was named the highest-paid female YouTuber of 2016, earning $7.5 million.
