Watch: We love this Sheikh Mohammed photobomb
It just goes to show that you’re never too busy to hop into someone else’s photo…
When he’s not busy building Dubai and the UAE into the place we see today, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai is quite happy to show off his humorous side.
A video shared on Facebook shows a woman trying to nab a selfie with the royal – who decides to give her more than she bargained for by throwing in his trademark three-fingered salute and leaning in to say hello.
The video has accrued more than 650,000 views and a whopping 11,500 shares since it was posted on Friday.
Here it is…
The caption on the video reads, “And they wonder why we love our leaders?”

YOU THOUGHT THAT WAS SWEET? WAIT ‘TIL YOU SEE…
Sheikh Mohammed’s got a softer side, and he’s not afraid to flaunt it. On his wife HRH Princess Haya’s Instagram page, Sheikh Mohammed has been seen in a number of posts alongside his son Zayed in a series of super-cute father-son situations.
Here they are eating at Shake Shack (who doesn’t love that place?):
The Dubai ruler and his son can be seen sharing a moment at the Seeh Al Salam endurance horse race a week ago (can we take a moment to appreciate Zayed in shades?)…

Another photo shows the duo in the desert, with Sheikh Mohammed teaching Zayed about desert animal life. If that’s a real snake, Zayed’s one brave kid.
Here we’ve got Zayed holding up a desert dhub lizard that he caught, followed by a sweet father-son moment.
